Our tyres go through a thorough grading process to ensure they are of the correct tread depth, have no cracks or bulges and meet quality standards. Our general breakdown per container is as follows:

• 2.5mm- 3mm 10%
• 3mm- 5mm 70%
• 5mm to nearly new 20%

We require a 50% deposit before the order preparation process begins. From the date that the deposit is received, you can expect preparation time to take around 3 weeks. Once your order is shipped, the time taken for it to arrive at your port depends on where you are located, the container ship route and port conditions. Estimated sailing schedules can be found online.

After we have agreed on a packing list, our office team go through your order and work out which tyres can fit inside each other for the doubling and tripling process.

The ‘combination list’ is then passed onto the team in the warehouse for tyre selection. Each tyre is stored with other tyres of the same size, making this process efficient.

Once the tyres have been selected, they will be taken to our packing warehouse where our machine operators will begin to double or triple the tyres, depending on your order details.

We aim to complete the preparation a few days before loading day. Prior to loading day, bundles of tyres stored in pallets will be lined up for optimal and efficient loading.

Yes. We can provide photos and videos of the preparation and loading processes.

We ship 20ft and 40ft HC containers.

You may choose to have your tyres single, single press, double or triple packed.

20ft container:

• Single- 500 tyres
• Single Press- 650 tyres
• Double- 800 tyres
• Triple- 1100 tyres

40ft container:

• Single- 1100 tyres
• Single Press- 1500 tyres
• Double- 2000 tyres
• Triple- 2400 tyres

We can arrange shipping for you, our shipping agent works with all of the major freight companies and can get you the best quote possible. Please just let us know which port you intend to receive the tyres at, and we will handle it from there.

We require a 50% deposit before preparation begins and the further 50% before loading begins.

Doubling and tripling are methods of packing tyres in a container to maximise the quantity that will fit into the container.

Doubling is the method whereby one tyre is put inside another, we use a machine for this process and match up the tyre dimensions to ensure we get the right fit.

Tripling is exactly the same as doubling, except there is another tyre added into the bundle.

By tripling your order, we can fit 50% more tyres per container. This helps our customers to save on shipping costs.

Our shipping agent works with all of the major shipping lines and freight companies, meaning we can ship to most countries globally.

We generally work with customers in West Africa, Central Africa, South Africa, South America, USA, the Caribbean islands and Europe. However, we always welcome customers from new countries.

Yes, we can take care of all of your shipping needs. We work with an experienced shipping agent who will handle all documents and information.

We only accept payments in GBP, therefore there are no extra charges. All quotes will state full cost, which will include cost per tyre and cost of shipping.

You may choose the manual or machine method. Manually, many customers will use a tyre lever to prize apart the tyres- we can send over a demonstration video if necessary, please get in contact. Another option is the unpacking machine. We have a great supplier for these and can source one for you, we can arrange shipping alongside your tyres. Please get in contact.

Yes, we sell tyre shop consumables, lifts, balancers, machinery and unpacking machines. If you are interested in these items, please get in contact with us. We will be launching a website and in-person store shortly.

Generally, a 40ft HC tripled container will take around 3 hours to load. We use specialist loading techniques including compression to ensure the maximum quantity of tyres per container.

Yes. For export, our minimum quantity is 500 tyres, or a 20ft container single packed.

We are interested in purchasing tyres by the container or by the van load. Please get in touch with Deanna on 07541 050454 to discuss further. The quality and quantity will dictate how often we would like to order from you.

Becoming one of our suppliers is a simple process, contact Deanna on 07541 050454 to discuss quality, quantities and preferred sizes. We will then arrange a date for your first delivery. Once we have received the tyres and established the general quality of your delivery, we can discuss the frequency of our orders.

We do not accept anything below our minimum requirements. If we receive scrap tyres from you, we will send these back to you and expect them to be removed from our bill.

No. We can take care of the unloading process. Some suppliers assist in the unloading but this is not a requirement if you would prefer not to.

Some of our suppliers deliver multiple times per week. The frequency of delivery depends on the quality and quantity of your tyres.

Yes, we have a tea room stocked with tea, coffee and milk. There are also toilet facilities and seating. You are welcome to use this area.

Yes! We allow all UK wholesale customers to ‘select and collect’ their tyres. Please contact our UK Wholesale department on 07707159403 to arrange your appointment. They will happily show you around our fully stocked, well organised warehouse and assist you in loading your vehicle. We have lots of sizes to choose from.

Generally, our customers will purchase a full van load on each appointment. However, we do not set minimum quantities. You are welcome to buy as much or as little as suits your business. We understand everyone works differently and not all business models are the same. Therefore, daily, weekly and fortnightly visits are common from our customers, to suit their business needs.

We do have a minimum quantity for deliveries- you can choose to either have a van load or a 18 tonne lorry load.

We keep a rolling stock, we have multiple deliveries per week and multiple customer visits per day. Therefore, stock is constantly turning over. We generally have around 3000 to 5000 tyres available for selection.
